Refund/Return Policy

At IPTV Cliques, we are committed to providing reliable digital services and applications. This policy explains when refunds may be considered and how to submit a request.
1. IPTV and Other Subscription Services
Our subscription services are sourced from third-party service providers and supplied to us on a prepaid basis. Once a subscription has been activated or renewed, the payment is generally non-refundable.
A refund may only be considered where:
- The purchased service was not delivered or activated;
- A material part of the purchased service is missing and cannot be restored after we have been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue; and
- Our third-party provider approves and issues a refund for the affected service.
Any refund is therefore subject to the applicable terms and approval of our service provider. Temporary interruptions, buffering, internet-related problems, device incompatibility, application issues or changes made by third-party providers do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customers are encouraged to use any available trial period to confirm that the service meets their requirements before purchasing a subscription.
2. Application Purchases
Most application purchases are processed through PayPal or another third-party payment provider.
Customers should test and evaluate an application within the first four days of purchase. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within seven days of the purchase date.
Where applicable, we will assist you in submitting the request to PayPal or the relevant payment provider. However, approval is subject to the provider’s terms and refund eligibility requirements. Requests submitted after seven days may not qualify for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not normally be provided where:
- The service has been successfully delivered or activated;
- The customer changes their mind after activation;
- The customer purchased the wrong plan, duration or application;
- The customer’s device or internet connection does not meet the service requirements;
- Login details have been shared or used contrary to our terms;
- The customer fails to provide the information required to investigate the complaint;
- The issue is temporary and is resolved within a reasonable period; or
- No legitimate or verifiable reason for the refund request is provided.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at info@iptvcliques.com.
Please provide:
- Your full name;
- The email address or telephone number used for the purchase;
- Your order or transaction reference number, where applicable;
- The date of purchase;
- The service or application purchased; and
- A clear explanation of the issue.
Providing complete and accurate information will help us assess your request promptly.
5. Refund Processing
Eligible and approved refunds will be processed within seven business days after approval. Refunds will normally be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, PayPal or other payment provider.
6. No Automatic Right to a Refund
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. We are not obligated to issue a refund where the purchased service has been delivered in accordance with our terms and no valid reason for a refund has been established.
7. Policy Changes
IPTV Cliques reserves the right to amend this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect once the revised policy is published on our website or communicated through our official channels.
